In addition we insist that the software vendor use client data to model their solution to ensure that it meets our clients needs.

Our team will break down the project plan into detailed tasks, resource assignments, levels of effort, and cross functional contingencies. In addition, we leverage the detailed requirements developed during the software selection process as the basis for our user acceptance testing.
