Mark is the founder and Managing Director of FINOPS-X Consulting. Mark is a distinguished professional in the field of accounting and business advisory services, with over 30 years of extensive experience and a strong academic foundation. Graduating first in his class from Chaminade University with an undergraduate degree in accounting, Mark demonstrated a commitment to excellence that set the stage for a successful career.

Furthering his education, Mark earned a Master of Science in Accounting and Business Advisory Services through a prestigious joint program between Towson University and the University of Baltimore. This advanced degree has equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities of the business world, allowing him to provide valuable insights and guidance to individuals and organizations alike.

In addition to his academic credentials, Mark served as an Adjunct Professor at Stevenson University’s Brown School of Business & Leadership for more than five years. Here, he imparted his knowledge and expertise to graduate students, fostering the next generation of business leaders and accounting professionals.

Before embarking on his academic and professional journey, Mark proudly served for four years in the United States Army as an Infantry Soldier in the 25th Infantry Division at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. This experience instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and dedication, qualities that continue to inform his approach to business and education.

With a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of the business landscape, Mark is dedicated to driving success and fostering growth in every endeavor throughout his extensive career.

Educational Background

Mark has a BBA in Accounting from Chaminade University. Mark later completed a Masters of Science degree in Accounting & Business Advisory Services from a joint program between Towson University & the University of Baltimore. 

Mark is committed to education and served as an Adjunct Professor of Finance & Accounting in Stevenson University’s School of Graduate & Professional Studies.
